The list of rates you choose to follow is stored locally on your device (in the app's private container, shared with its home-screen widgets). It is never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
The app displays public U.S. interest-rate data retrieved directly from
FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data), a free service of the
Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. The only network requests the app makes are
to fred.stlouisfed.org to fetch this public data. These requests
contain no personal information about you. Your use of that data is also subject
to FRED's terms — see
fred.stlouisfed.org/legal.
Market Widgets is suitable for all audiences and collects no data from anyone, including children.
